Our main reception is in the Market Hall, and we have an appointment system to help you see who you need. There is now no public access to the Copeland Centre, apart from for arranged meetings.

Our reception and customer services team are now located in the Market Hall. There is no public reception in the Copeland Centre.
Many enquiries can be answered by our customer services team, either on the phone or at our front desk. If you need to see an officer you can book an appointment by calling 01946 598300, or visiting reception at the Market Hall, where we'll be happy to make an appointment for you.
We can still answer your general questions at our reception like before, and if you have an urgent homelessness or revenues and benefits issue, we'll make sure you are seen the same day.

A.The Market Hall offices opening hours are:
-Monday: 9am – 5pm
-Tuesday: 9am – 5pm
-Wednesday: 10am – 5pm
-Thursday: 9am – 5pm
-Friday: 9am – 4.30pm
Q3. Does the Copeland Centre have a reception now the Market Hall is open?
A. No, our reception facility is now at the Market Hall, and there is no general access for the public at the Copeland Centre (except for arranged meetings.)

A. No, you can still call us on 01946 598300.
Q5. What times are the public toilets in the Market Hall open to the public?
A. There is a public toilet inside our Market hall building - it is open whenever the building is open (see opening hours above.)
